LEADING WITH PRESENCE
Motivate teams, build relationships, and develop your authentic leadership style.

Leading with Presence helps your leaders, senior managers, client-facing professionals, and others develop the leadership presence to connect authentically with the hearts and minds of others in order to motivate and inspire them to achieve a desired outcome.

Using techniques from the world of theater, Leading with Presence combines personal reflection, experiential classroom learning, and coaching to develop key relationship-building skills. Participants learn to draw on their unique history and use the power of storytelling to inspire trust, promote collaboration, and galvanize the people around them to reach breakthrough results.

Upon completion of the program, participants will be able to

• engage, motivate, and inspire others
• communicate authentically to build or repair trust
• build relationships by being an effective listener who demonstrates empathy and finds common ground
• use storytelling and metaphors to engage others around strategy, bring data alive, and make personal connections.

Timing:
Tuesday, September 17: 8:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m. (breakfast at 8:00 a.m.)
Wednesday, September 18: 8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m. (breakfast at 8:00 a.m.)

Comfortable business casual—keep in mind you will be moving around.

Light continental breakfast and lunch are included and will be provided at 8:00 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. each day.
